Same Nerd, Different Format

I took a little summer vacation from voiceofsandiego.org, but I am happy to be back. I was informed upon my return that the Voice overlords wish for me to switch my content over to the "blog" style that's so popular with the kids these days. This suits me just fine, and if nothing else, the new format should be quite a bit easier on the old attention span.

Topics will include housing and economic matters as they pertain to us San Diegans. And probably some other things, as well. To some degree we intend to figure it out as we go along.

As the blog title might indicate, the idea is to look beyond the hype and homilies and to focus on facts, data, and rational discourse. You know, nerd stuff. Let us know what you think.
