Update From the Chamber

The document referred to in last Friday's entry ("A Migration Mystery") has been removed from the Chamber of Commerce website. Chamber spokesperson Rachel Laing contacted me to let me know that she is currently overseeing an overhaul of the site in order to get all the research up to date, and that an updated version of the Economic Forecast is expected in September.
