Cheap Compliance

I remember a time when people didn't talk on the phones in cars and every other space, and, you know what, the world didn't end just because people weren't incessantly chattingng and texting away about nonsense (which, from what I've been forced to overhear in grocery stores and resaturants, most of it is). I wish all these obsessively distracted drivers would turn off all their devices and just pay attention to the road for a change. I also wish they would take their phone calls out of public places...cell phone users are at the top of my list of the rude and obnoxious. Anyway, I'm getting too old to jump out of the way of distracted drivers who think they are hot stuff because they are on a nonsense phone call but tend to show they are just plain stupid and careles.

Love your cartoons...I know you don't get many comments, but I always think they are grand. And no, I am not your husband.
