Francis: No Retreat!

After his loss in the mayor's race a week ago, Steve Francis sat down to talk with NBC's Gene Cubbison. As he did in our discussion with him, Francis vowed not to disappear from San Diego's political scene. He said:

I'm not going to retreat. I didn't retreat last time, and I'm not going to retreat this time. But I'm not sure where that's going to take me. Whether I'll run for office again, I'm not sure.
