Wednesday, October 12, 2005 | Again, for the umpteenth time, it’s all over, or is it? Yet another judge says that cross on Mount Soledad is unconstitutional. So we will see it come down, right? Uh, not so fast.

Roger Hedgecock immediately threw his fit. Although his outrage sounded spontaneous, I’m guessing he had it rehearsed because it sounded about like all his other outrages when a judge ruled against him or his ideas. You get used to them after a while.
