Attorneys for the Camp Pendleton Marines implicated in the killing of civilians in Haditha, Iraq spoke out over the weekend. The Los Angeles Times led with the story today, saying the attorneys claim their “clients did nothing wrong and were following the military’s rules on how to combat armed insurgents hiding inside homes.”
