Tuesday, June 13, 2006 | Re: “SD is Occupied” letter to the editor, by Gregory Duch. What rock or crevice did Mr. Duch slide from under or out of? Duch states that San Diego County is “occupied” by the Armed Forces of the U.S. and that because of this occupation; the sovereignty of San Diego is disrespected.

Because of this, Duch demands an unconditional withdrawal of our Armed Forces to “their own soil.”

Just where is that soil, Duch? Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, China, Russia; where? Please explain and while you are at it, just where the hell are you from?

Just where would you expect a Navy or Marine Corps have their bases, in Nebraska?

Duch, I opine that your article was/is the work of a person who has no idea of which side of the bed to get out of each morning.

Perhaps, Duch, you should read the second and fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
