Note to readers: We’ve been consistently pressuring our intrepid intern, Sam Hodgson, to go to the doctor to get his foot checked out (read the posts below for background). He’s still reticent. I’m considering cutting him off from the SLOP blog today.

What else does he need? His mother and the Birch Aquarium have advised him to go the doctor.

As an aside, in his many months in our office, Sam has managed to get the most nicknames of any intern in our short history. His first was Rusty. Then he was Sammy Bam Bam. Now he’s Schlomo.
