We didn’t include it in our story today, so here’s a look at the proposed substitute airport ballot language that is floating around the business community.

Shall the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, and local and regional government officials, work with the Federal government and military authorities concerning the long-term future of military operations at Miramar, and the prospect of Miramar becoming available as a site for a future commercial airport, provided that any specific plan for a commercial airport at Miramar be put before the County electorate for approval at a future election.

So there you go.
