Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2006 | Where have we heard this? The district attorney refuses to investigate a senior member of his staff until public exposure and then runs and turns it over to the attorney general. According to Gary Schons, of the AG, he and our District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis decided on July 24 that a felony investigation is needed on the information given to the district attorney 20 months ago.

Well if it is a felony now it was a felony then. For this period the target, Casey Gwinn, was just down the hall from Dumanis and is paid by the taxpayer to report directly to her, according to her organizational chart. Remember Pfingst and Longanbach.

Come on back Paul. We miss you
