Friday, Aug. 11, 2006 | A quick calculation: $20,300,000 divided by 266 pages equals $76,316 per page. Was it a double sided report? Were there separator pages? Were there ‘this sheet intentionally left blank’ pages? Were there appendices?

There is NO justification for the cost of the Kroll Report especially if it gets shelved like most other city documents. If nothing comes from this other than confirming the profound incompetence of San Diego City government then it will have been money ill spent.
