Thursday, Aug. 24, 2006 | I’ll beg to differ with Mr. Kratz over Donna Frye – but am delighted he, too, is of the opinion that the Peters’ four must go. San Diego will not reform until Council President Peters resigns (honorable action), or is recalled. It is clear from events of recent months that he is driving City Hall – more than our supposed “Strong Mayor”…

Some of our council members are clearly out of touch with the electorate who understand clearly what “fraud” means, and who have no doubts that Levitt’s $900 an hour would have preserved many city programs this summer.

Attacking Frye is simply part of the rhetoric that distracts from the primary issues and players – haven’t we learned from the orchestrated discrediting of Diann Shipione?
