Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006 | Daniel Strumpf states, “the Admiral Hartman community is one of those rare Southern California neighborhoods that boasts ample parking, tree lined streets and actual homes with neatly kempt yards big enough to run around in.” Where does he hide? Most San Diego communities are kempt, offer ample parking, etc. Perhaps he should look around a little in Navajo, Allied gardens, College, for example.
