Summer is over and the races for the November mid-term elections are heating up around the country.
That’s also true in California’s 50th Congressional District, where Rep. Brian Bilbray and Francine Busby are back in the national spotlight, if only for the day.
The opponents are scheduled to face off on MSNBC’s Hardball with Chris Matthews later this afternoon. Their debate, moderated by the notoriously voluble host, is set to air at 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and midnight.
