Thursday, Sept. 28, 2006 | I think Michael Grant’s observations on the U-T’s front pages were fatuous. One has only to compare the front pages of the U-T and the LA Times on the same day to see the difference between a newspaper dedicated to enlightening its readers and one concerned solely with keeping its readers ill-informed. Even the type size is significant. The Times gets about twice as much news on the front page as the U-T.
