The lowdown on asking prices:
- Average price: $741,051 – down 6.75 percent year-to-date, slightly lower than last week.
- Trimmed average (minus 15 highest and 15 lowest listings): $678,404 – down a few thousand dollars from last week.
- Median price: $595,000 – down 8.53 percent year-to-date.
Thirty-one units were pending sale and 31 closed sale during the previous 30-day period, during which condos continued to sell for about 3 percent less than the sellers’ asking price.
