“The jury’s still out” … in Indianapolis is typical code for “It’s working pretty good now but there were a few glitches in the immediate aftermath of tumultuous change that are worth dragging through the news every few months.”

Where’s the real problem with what Indianapolis did? San Diego needs some huge and tumultuous changes. Little baby steps aren’t going to have any long term effects. No plan or formula is going to be perfect. Quit crying before the milk is even spilt and get the potentially finest city in America back on track.
