Tuesday, 6 p.m., Balboa Park War Memorial Building.

Dec. 5, 6 p.m., Rancho Bernardo Library, located at 17110 Bernardo Center Drive.

In addition, the city’s Public Utility Advisory Commission will meet Wednesday to discuss the mayor’s recommendations. Two two-hour-long public meetings will be held at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. at the Metropolitan Wastewater Department’s headquarters, which is located at 9192 Topaz Way in Kearney Mesa.
