Downtown Realtor Lew Breeze reports 462 units for sale in the downtown condo resale market this week. That compares to 469 units available last week.

The average asking price was $730,248, down from last week’s $737,627 (Breeze reported last week’s average to be a 7 percent decline from January asking prices.)

The average trimmed asking price (subtracting the 15 highest and lowest prices) was $659,884, down from last week’s $666,625.

And the median stayed the same, at $579,500.

In the past 30 days, 37 units were pending sale and 28 closed sale. The average price-per-square-foot was $537 for pending sales and $565 for the closed sales.
