Monday, Dec. 11, 2006 | Dear Fans of San Diego,

Sunday was great historic day in San Diego as our Bolts swept the Broncos for the first time since 1982 and this year’s future NFL MVP LT set the all-time single season TD record.

And by the way, today our San Diego Chargers won the AFC West Division Title, clinched a play-off berth, and are now the AFC 1 seed in position to have home field advantage throughout the play-offs. But it gets better.

Of greater importance is the season building impending explosion in the strong sense of community and great pride that has, is and will be shared by all local residents throughout the San Diego region whether a Chargers fan or not because we are all fans of San Diego!

In the end, it is the joy and excitement we all share rooting for our home team, and especially when it is winning, that is priceless.

And of course, where our Bolts are concerned this season…greater days are coming.

I smell Super Bowl! Do you?
