A reader pointed out that I’d neglected to give any contact information for the curling club referenced in the Q&A this weekend with Elliot Hicks, the Canadian ex-pat curler.

Here’s a link to the Curl San Diego home page, or you can send them an e-mail.

I’m a winter dork. I grew up in Canada and I’ve been teased around here for my apparent theme in stories this month: finding a little bit of winter in San Diego, a land of near-perpetual sunshine. December’s “People at Work” story about Alan House, the Christmas tree farmer and cemetery worker was the first one, and the Q&A with Hicks, was another along those lines.

So, if you share my fixation for freezing temperatures, click over to find out more about what they do. Sorry for the slip-up.
