As I write this, Mayor Jerry Sanders is preparing to give his second annual State of the City speech. Needless to say, Friday should be an interesting day to be the people’s reporter.

Last time I got to host Café San Diego, readers asked some fascinating questions about the future of Balboa Park and the nitty-gritty of redevelopment law. One comment even proved to be the muse for this story. I can’t wait to see what you’ll dish out today.

So here are the rules: Send me the questions you would like a reporter to research and answer. I’ll make the calls and dig up the documents as fast as I can. You can reach me by clicking on my name below. I’ll do my best to answer them right here, throughout the day.

On a somewhat unrelated note, since I also moonlight as voiceofsandiego.org‘s web monkey, I wanted to do a quick roundup of some new ways to enjoy our award-winning content:

  • Subscribe to our multimedia podcast, to get all of our new video and audio content directly on your computer. Or, if you have iTunes, just click here.
  • You can also share the videos with friends via our YouTube channel.
  • Our brand-new, hand-built daily e-mail alerts will premiere soon. We’ve made sure it will work with most (if not all) e-mail programs.
  • Finally, stay on top of other changes through my website development forum.

I look forward to your questions!
