Now this is one press release I’ll happily pass along:

SACRAMENTO — Senator Christine Kehoe (D-San Diego) announced today that she will discuss her proposed changes to the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority as the March 16 guest blogger on Voice of San Diego, a non-profit online newspaper.

The Internet discussion forum, called Café San Diego, runs Monday through Friday, and features various elected officials and representatives from government agencies and non-profit organizations.

“I’m looking forward to this opportunity to hear what’s on your mind, and enjoy a ‘give-and-take’ about public policies,” said Kehoe. “I’m especially eager to hear your comments about reforming the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority.”

It’s a little more than a week away, but I’m thinking it’s going to be a great discussion. Get your questions ready. Should we abolish the airport authority as we know it? Should they try another attempt at solving the region’s air transportation problems?
