A grand opening will be held tomorrow for the San Diego Police Department’s brand-new subdivision in northwestern San Diego.
The new division will serve the communities of Black Mountain Ranch, Torrey Highlands, Torrey Preserve, Carmel Valley, Sorrento Valley, Del Mar Heights and North City.
The division will be open to the public Monday through Thursday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
