Thursday, March 22, 2007 | Thank you for the great article on Carol Lam. To me, this is just one more example of how the war in Iraq is sucking up resources that could be put to greater use. It is totally true that the border patrols (and all police in America) face death every day and are insulted by arcane laws and overtaxed prosecutors.
