City Attorney Mike Aguirre released a report today documenting his office’s chronology of events surrounding Sunroad Enterprises, the developer who has stirred up controversy with its construction of a 12-story building near Montgomery Field airport.
The report, the 17th Aguirre has released since taking office, chronicles decisions made by Sunroad executives and city officials regarding the construction of the office building, which the federal government has declared hazardous, and the failed relocation of an energy substation away from Sunroad’s planned residential construction.
