Here is a question for all the value conscious real estate brokers. And then I would like to hear some reality driven opinions.
If home prices increase yearly in value between 6-8 percent nation-wide, and if our homes in San Diego county (Southern Calif.) drop in value in the next three years, by lets say 20-25 percent, is it not appropriate to say the net decrease in home values in Southern California will be 40-50 percent by 2010?
