The overall median home price edged up from May to $495,500 in San Diego County, but still marked a nearly 2 percent drop from June 2006, according to figures released today by DataQuick Information Systems.

The 3,510 homes sold gave June the lowest sales rate in 11 years. The overall median has been negative year-over-year for 12 months now.
