Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2007 | I think the idea of mandatory recycling is a terrific idea BUT the city has got to have a reality check. Two years ago, during Dick Murphy’s reign, of incompetence they city stopped weekly pickups of recycling containers. As soon as the city does its part and resumes weekly recycle pick ups, I will be willing to my part.
