I just got a copy of the PowerPoint presentation Jay Goldstone used at his speech yesterday to a group gathered at The Bond Buyer newspaper’s annual California conference.
Goldstone, of course, is the mayor’s chief operating officer, chief financial officer and auditor. Let me know if you see anything interesting in his remarks.
