That whole daylight savings time thing sadly ends on Saturday night. Don’t forget to change your clock, pal. We’d hate for you to be an hour early for work on Monday morning.
The San Diego County Water Authority is issuing a similar change-your-clock reminder. And when you do, the folks at the water authority suggest that you adjust your irrigation schedule, too.
The authority says: “By watering in the evening or early morning, between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. when there is less wind and evaporation, homeowners can save water.”
And that’s a good thing.
