Should the city raise taxes to bring in more revenue or do you believe more cutbacks can be made to raise funds for things like the pension and infrastructure deficits?

Nice, I’d prefer to solve the city of San Diego’s financial crisis by selling the island of Kauai to Japan, but ending the war in Iraq is a good option too.
