You’ve probably noticed some cartoons on the site recently. They are my wife’s handiwork. As she looks for her next career, I get to take advantage of her considerable artistic talents. You can see all of them and watch them collect on this page.
Also, I owe a big thanks to the smart San Diegans I asked to participate in that discussion that began two weeks ago about the five things San Diego needed. I actually had seven commentators answer the simple question: What five things do you think San Diego needs? The answers, and the readers’ responses, were interesting. If you didn’t get a chance to read all of them or just want to keep debating them, you can see the whole lot here. They are still timely and will be for some time. A lot of readers seemed to appreciate the overall focus on solutions rather than problems. We’ll be doing more in that vein.
