This new toll way would only increase traffic on the already over-burdened I-5 and their own environmental impact report says so.
The main reason for this is to open the area for more development which would pour more trips on to I-5.
When will we get a grip on traffic reality around here???
What about smart growth? This aint that.
And I thought you were “Voice of San Diego not the usual “Voice of self-interested project proponents”?
We have enough of that around here and you certainly shouldn’t be allowing self-interest project proponents to post pure propaganda as “FACTS”
They want this project to make money. It’s that simple and they cloak it in any arguments they can think of, all of which are half-truths or full-fledged lies with respect to the impacts on San Diego.
