Our roundup yesterday of campaign fundraising did not include San Diego City Council District 7 candidate Marti Emerald — her reports were not posted online as of the close of business in the City Clerk’s Office.

We’ve got them now. Emerald, a Democrat, raised $33,616 from mid-March through last week to bring her total for the campaign to $167,369. That includes $7,000 in personal loans to her campaign. She is within shouting distance of her main rival, Republican April Boling, who has raised $172,097 for the campaign.

However, Boling’s balance sheet looks better. Emerald has spent $174,999, which is $7,630 more than she has taken in. Boling has raised $5,135 more than she has spent.
