I’m writing about School Accountability Report Cards — school-by-school reports that California requires to be prepared annually listing school conditions, test scores and a slew of other data — and if you’re a parent in San Diego County, I want to know your thoughts.
Have you ever seen one? (If not, you can find them on this website.) Do you use it often? Can you understand the data it includes? And if you could give it a grade of A, B, C, D or F, which grade would you give?
Send me your name, neighborhood, a letter grade and your comments on the school report cards at emily.alpert@voiceofsandiego.org.
