The Navy is letting some court-ordered rays of sunshine into its plans with Doug Manchester to develop the Navy Broadway Complex.

The three public hearings will be held on the project’s environmental assessment between Sept. 27 and Oct. 7. And beginning Wednesday, the assessment will be available on a website the Navy has dedicated to the project.

These hearings are in response to a federal judge’s ruling in June that the Navy did not sufficiently involve the public when it made its environmental assessment of the development.

The meetings will take place at the Navy Broadway Complex in Building 12, which is at the corner of E Street and Pacific Highway. Here are the dates and times:

Sept. 27 — 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sept. 29 — 4 to 8 p.m.

Oct. 7 — 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
