Newspapers across the country the last couple of days have been running the obligatory photo of the distressed, pained Wall Street trader to illustrate the market’s woes.

I know it’s a serious story, but it could use some levity, especially considering how many times we’ve seen photos like this throughout the years. The Union-Tribune, however, added a new twist with this photo on the front page today:

So let’s play a game. What’s this guy saying into the phone?

Here’s my entry:

No honey, it’s not the stock market. We actually did OK. It’s this jagged burgundy wire that someone shoved through my neck. It’s killing me.
