My column today is here. Chula Vista is at a crossroads in its history. With the Gaylord convention center plan, the financial crisis, the economic crisis, the Chargers, the election and the search for a new city manager, city leaders have a lot on their plate. What they do in the next year will define the city and a large part of the region for decades to come.
