Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2008 | For those of you not lucky enough to be on City Councilman Jim Madaffer’s e-mail list, yesterday he released his voter’s guide. This is how we use it: See who he endorses, then vote the opposite. You can’t go wrong there. For the record, his City Council endorsements are Phil Thalheimer in District 1, Todd Gloria in District 3 and April Boling in District 7.
Quite a few people on my e-mail list are glad Madaffer helped to clarify the election for them.
