For the first time in recent memory, it’s actually raining in San Diego. And it happens to be Election Day.

I have a feeling that didn’t stop most of you from voting. So, then, tell us: How was your experience voting on San Diego issues? Who and what did you vote for and why? Any agonizing or last-second decisions?

Maybe you’re a Democrat but had a hard time making a decision in District 3 or the city attorney’s race. Maybe you like drinking an occasional beer on the beach but think the crowds are out of control on holidays. Maybe you would like some more development along the bay front but can’t really imagine a big concrete slab over the 10th Avenue Marine Terminal. Maybe you want to fund more firefighting but think the Proposition A supporters weren’t good salespeople.

Anything really cool or really horrible happen at the polls?

Tell me your San Diego voting stories at andrew.donohue@voiceofsandiego.org, and I’ll publish the best.
