I just talked to Frank Gallagher, one of the developers behind Proposition B, the plan to build a deck atop the 10th Avenue Marine Terminal.

I asked for some reaction about the early returns that show that Gallagher’s plan has a tough road ahead — it’s losing 71 percent to 28 percent with 16.9 percent of votes counted.

Gallagher said he hadn’t seen any returns yet.

“You know, Rob, I’m not going to talk to you until I see what we’re talking about,” he said.

Told what the returns were, Gallagher said: “OK.”

We’re supposed to talk later. More then.
