Monday, Jan. 19, 2009 | Reporter Rani Gupta appears to be against outsourcing any city work. She uses terms such as presumably, unlikely, etc., as she states that public access to private records from private companies will not be available. Only at the end does she mention that the city’s contracts with these companies could require that records be available. Certainly a non-objective article.
