Sunday, Feb. 22, 2009 | Let’s not be closing libraries while we’re building new ones. New construction costs money. Money the city does not have.

Why don’t we just take care of the “kids” we have and not add to our burden with new ones? As private citizens we must pull in our horns and not add to our debt or take on more responsibility. Why shouldn’t the city be doing the same?
