Tuesday, May 5, 2009 | Interesting how the city has set its sights on those unfortunates who have lawns instead of ornery succulents around the house, but why focus on individuals? I remember a Voice story some time ago identifying the biggest water users in the county, and it showed that the biggest user was the county itself. Why was that? Because the county, unlike golf courses and many developments does not use recycled water. It does not use it even though another story said that the city has an excess of recyled water and a shortage of users.

I would be happy if the city and county both replied to these questions from a concerned reader.
