If you want to talk about the new landscape watering restrictions with city of San Diego officials, you’ll get the chance Wednesday.

The city’s Water Department is holding a public forum at 6 p.m. on Wednesday in the War Memorial Building auditorium at Balboa Park to talk about the landscape irrigation restrictions and answer questions.

Those restrictions went into effect on June 1. They allow residents in odd-numbered houses to water their landscaping on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Even-numbered houses can irrigate Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Businesses, condos, apartments and homeowners associations can water on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
