Issues of Interest: It seems like each week we’re bouncing between a busted budget and big buildings.
On Monday, Council is scheduled to vote on the next step toward a new City Hall building, spending $705,000 to enter into a year-long exclusive negotiating agreement with Portland, Ore.-based developer Gerding Edlen.
