Fear not San Diegans that City Council hasn’t addressed formally Mayor Jerry Sanders’ budget proposals to close the city’s $200 million gap.
Council has scheduled four meetings this month directed toward adopting an amended budget. The first one is tomorrow at 9 a.m. I will be live tweeting so direct your web browsers to http://twitter.com/dillonliam for fun.
Next Tuesday, the Office of the Independent Budget Analyst will address the council on the mayor’s budget proposals as part of its regular meeting. The council is scheduled to look at the budget proposals again on Dec. 9 at 9 a.m. and Dec. 14 at 2 p.m.
Here’s the proposal the mayor is presenting to the council and a story about it.
