Lisa Halverstadt laid those out in this post, and Scott Lewis and I touched on the basic steps this week on the podcast. Also on the show: the a-ha moment in Liam Dillon’s investigation of a Mexican businessman’s illegal dealings in San Diego politics, how it happens the city pays the Chargers to play at Qualcomm Stadium and why Fallbrook Union Elementary School District qualifies as our Goat of the Week.
