Attorney Dan Gilleon has threatened San Diego Unified School District with a lawsuit over the punishment a school counselor got after she gave a school board member’s son a perceived negative recommendation for college. Gilleon joined Scott Lewis and Andrew Keatts to explain the walk through his claims and the scandal that got new momentum this week when the school district revealed that it had gotten a warrant from a judge to turn over information to prosecutors.

They also gave talk show host Carl DeMaio the goat of the week with a clip from his show.
